You need to scan the USS systems. Usually it marks in blue the location of the target, but sometimes scanning nav beacon and using d-scaner doesn't help. Gas giants ~800Ls. Noob question but I haven't figured out how to scan those yet, I've found the planet but I'm pretty sure it would be useful to know in the future xD.
